Good morning sir/ mam, i am an army aspirant while running whenever i try to push myself more to cover larger distance for increasing stamina, my leg (tibia) bone starts to pain in both my legs but the pain in right one is unbearable. So usually i have to take rest of 5-6 days. Yesterday i consulted an orthopedic, he told me there is a small (micro) fracture in that bone also known as stress fracture and i have to stop running for the rest of my life and have to think of something else as career option. Army is not for me! And it can't be treated!
Is it true?
Or should i consult another orthopedic?
