Sir.. I go 4 running daily... But sir I m tired 2 early my stamina is very loww.... Plz sir give me a advice to increased the stamina so that I runs fast....

to increase stamina
1. have high protein diet. you could have protein powder with milk.
2. lots of greens and fruits.
3. lots of fluids.
4. you could take a multivitamin tablet everyday.
and don't push yourself too much.
gradually your stamina will increase.
