Heel and Achilles pain due to running
I have been running regularly at least 3 to 4 times a week and do long distance running of approx 10 km on weekends as well. Since last 2 months there is a pain which has developed on the heel of right foot and going up to about 5 inches on the Achilles tendon.

It looks like you have got achilles tendinosis. You need to be doing stretching and strengthening exercises to recover from your injury. Make sure your shoes are in good condition. Make sure you are doing warm up and cool down exercises before running.
