Bone & Muscle problems

Used to crack fingers but not the ordinary way. I cracked mine sideways where it would put pressure in the joints of my fingers. It was a bad habit but through the years my joints began to grow. No pain or feeling of tightness. Almost feels normal but definitely doesn’t look normal as it is it grew so far around the IP joints I believe? When you feel it you can feel like there is extra tissue in there and can also move it again with no pain. Just curious what this can possibly be.

I am suffering with ankylosing spondylitis last 6 years. Hla b27 positive. Stiffness in my back or neck. My body flexibility not good. Energy Level low. Kindly suggest how I cure from this Disease.

My doctor told me to take collasmart empty stomach in morning but most of the time I forgot to take ... plsss suggest some other time to take the medicine for joint pain or any other medicine except steroids... i also have DVT ( deep veins thrombosis)

I'm 25 years old, I frequently get neck pain. From the time I started neck exercises I started to feel better. Unfortunately I skipped the exercises from the past 1 months.
