Bone & Muscle problems

I get severe back pains often and couldnt stand for more than half an hour. Pain started after delivery.

I smashed my left middle and ring finger, from the furthest joint to the tip is very dark, swollen to where the finger tips are hard, what can I do to relieve the pressure?

My wife has been facing knee pain since 2 months. She used to work and travel 25 kms through bus, metro and etc. She did not have any injury as of now. But she is saying if she stand for some time her legs are paining especially at knee and joint pain. She is 26 years old and we have 2 children. Kindly suggest the reason for pain now. My mom consult with doctor regarding Bones and joint pain . Doctor told her that it is happening due to Increased uria in her body. Could please advise me some healthy diet to reduce or balance the same. Thanks in advance

She does entire house hold work and frequently reporting of pain. Request you to please guide us in getting cured.

I m polio affected child since birth...now i m 31...i was been operated in 2007..again in 2008 n again 2009 n finally in 2010....every year operations .....this has done to fixation of rods.....and now in august 2017 my leg below knee ...rod had been removed cuz it become loose...the nails inside leg came out...after removing i m sufferring from severe pain due to which i even cant get up n go for washroom to.... .i consulted a doctor but should i do....even since from 5 days i m suffering pain

I had a back spasm a 2 months ago after medication and physio it was gone but now it has come back but the pain is different this time(intense and unbearable pain and a point in the lower) it feels like someone is crushing my bone. It comes whenever i sit and starts 10 sec after i sit and also while laying down(it didn't hurt before while laying down). I can't even sleep now.. I'm 16 years old

He is suffering from sciatica. Difficulties in walking. Severe pain. Can anyone suggest what to do on this.
