This morning i was climbing a wooden ladder and due to some malfunction in ladder suddenly ladder falls and i fall on the ladder and ladder was in horizonal placed and i fall on  my shin bone facing the ladder step and i was in xtreme pain and after word is start slow bleeding and when i stand on my injured leg it is paining really hard so suggest me some treatment and medicine to waiting for your response. My elbow( was fractured 20 years back. I was told to operate by one doctor and i was told not to operate by another doctor. I chose not to operate. And after that i cannot lift heavy things, i cannot sweep the floor, i cannot even do much work with my right hand. When i do my hand pains so much that i cannot even move my hand when it pains.
