Numbness/vibration on both legs when walking, light massaj required to both leg to get normal condition MRI done and report attached What should be done ?

We have been suggested that my father has to go through the Knee replacement surgery according to his current keen condition. Can we avoid knee replacement for my father.

I have a severe pain in my neck and back region(for more than 2 years). The pain is severe at the lower back . I want to know if chiropractic treatment is suitable for this kind of problem. Now i am able to walk without any support but not as normal as before.Have some pain while i using my operated leg to walk also not able to walk properly .
