Bone & Muscle problems

My mother’s age is 73 yrs with osteoarthritis stage 4.But there’s no pain or swelling.Is it possible? Xray indicates completely wornout knee bones lying on one another.Doctor suggested that she doesn’t need knee replacement till she complains of pain but he told that both the knees are damaged.If complains of pain at the age of 75 and above what to do?

Hii I have been suffering from bone enlargement in my heel. Actually i was a victim of chickenguniya 1 year ago and after that i suffered from pain in my bones in the whole body (heels specifically) which made me to go through a bone checkup and then it came out to be a bone enlargement issue in my heel. Hello Doctor/s, Recently I have noticed pain at the tip of my shoulders ...exactly on the tip when I press it I fee the pain. If not also while lifting or rotating also it causes the pain. I play badminton very frequently almost 1-2 hours 3-4 days a week. Have been playing for past 1+ year. I never noticed this before . The pain is more in my left hand ( non playing hand). What could be the reason and what treatment is suggested? Thanks, Prashant
