I want something about my arm pain
I am always pain in my join arm...especially when i raise my hand.. painning in right side..no problem in left side..please suggest.. me some calcium or any others.. type of medicine... but i don want to consume..any powerful tablets.. any other home remedies.. please suggest

This seems like Rotator cuff tendinitis. There are no home remedies. You need to see an Orthopedic Surgeon and sort it out.
