Bone & Muscle problems

I have a lot pain in top 3 bones of my right rib cage from yesterday night. I am not able to take a deep breath too because when I try to do so,it causes a severe pain in that bones. Please tell me what is the reason and what should I do

Am 24 years old, 6"2 tall and weight about 75 kgs. I don't take any medication. For the past 4 days I have had this dull ache starting from my left shoulder blade going down towards my hands and fingers. My hands also feel hot although am not sure they are. I don't know what triggered it but I have also noticed a pimple on top of my shoulder blade pressure point where the pain seems to be starting from. I also feel a numb tingling in my hands. The night before it started I had a headache.

For pain relief of joints and muscles temporarily suggest me any ointment or gel to apply externally

I have lower and middle back pain and it also radiates to thighs and knees especially left and I also feel pain in my left arm and shoulder. I have back pain from a while but from 4-5 days this is happening more. Please tell me any medicine for relief.

ELBOW PAIN - EARLIER IT HAS BROKEN IN THE SAME PLACE NO DUE TO SUDDEN HIT/JERK IT COME ALIVE AGAIN. AFTER X-RAY NOTHING WAS FOUND, ORTHOPEDITION TREATMENT IS GOING ON BUT NO RELIEF IN PAIN. AFTER 6-7 DAYS HEAVY MEDICINE NO RELIEF

Pictures attached of my strapping.. And xray...there's a fracture in the second toe in the left leg.. Can I walk slowly with this? Or should I need to take complete bed rest?

I have been feeling pain and weekness in my one of the ankle since a year and from last 2-4 days my both the knees also started hurting & feeling stiff while walking. Also while doing more than 10-15 push-ups my shoulders hurts.

Heel pain from inside ...while walking only i feel the pain ..pain is severe while waking up in morning tried hot water soak of feet but didn't work.
