I have pain in my left leg specially in shin area and under Knee for 1 month continueslly. I am taking thyroxine medicine for 3 yrs

Tibia fracture surgery is done 2 months before. As per the doctor advice I am doing exercise like knee bending, ankle pumping, lifting leg up and down. Putting 2 kg weight on my ankle and lifting the leg. Doctor said I can start walking after completion of 3 month bed rest. Completed 2 month bed rest. 1 more month of bed rest is pending Can I do any other free exercises like rotating leg, dragging the leg on the ground frontward and backwards. What other exercise I can do for tibia fracture.

I am having knee pain from last 3 months, I am able to walk but not able to straight out and fold back my knee. Earlier I was having back pain but with medication it is now alright, also I have vitamin D3 deficiency, for which I have taken 60K Vit-D3 for 2 months. Please help me with the issue.

I don't know when it happened suddenly I'm feeling pain in my left shoulder joint if I try to pick anything from behind me. Now after treatment it was fine for 2-3 months again it has comeback.. But this time if crack my fingers and wrists .. I won't feel the pain.. but without cracking I feel the slight sharp pain. One more thing when I took the treatment from a orthopaedic.. he prescribed me Mantoux test .. and the result was more than 10mm or something.. what I read over internet is that is used for TB test.. Now I wonder did that test really used to check TB or it'll be used to find any other details ? I'm really confused now which doctor to approach.
