Bone & Muscle problems

I am having shoulder pain from past 6 months. Previously I was able to hold my both hand back even I was able to move my hand. Now I am not able to do all this activity.

I have to work in office at ac...but by sitting under it...im having joints pain..and my legs and hands gets inflammation
