Due to falling down my mother suffers with multiple fracture-one around hip area. Become bed, - ridden. Doctors adviseng for surgery but with, 50% guarantee for her life. Whether it would be risky to do a surgery at this age? Pl guide.

I fell and hurt my ankle Tuesday night. It is very sore but has minimum bruising. I can walk on it but not comfortably. I am a bartender so am on my feet constantly at work, by the end of my shift it was swollen to the point it looked like I had a golf ball attached to the outside of my ankle. This morning the swelling has reduced but is still painful. I have no insurance and would like to avoid paying a bill if it’s just a sprain. How do I know if it’s truly bad enough to require medical care?

I am having back pain from past 1 week. this pain travels from the lower back to the legs. it also creates numbness in one of the legs. the pain is very severe. I suffer from left chest pain accompanied by back and arm pain neck pain from past few years. It is of various types. It's pin pain while sonetimes it is nerve pulling pain. Sonetimes it is heaviness and pushing feeling in middle of the chest. There is also pain below left breast bone. It is very irritating. Tests says everything is fine. doctor says this is muscular pain and epigastric pain. But why this pains travel in arm and neck. When i search on net it says heart issue i am scared. Advise
