Bone & Muscle problems

Its been 6 days know in my left leg below ankle or around ankle their is pain when i walk and when i run so i stopped my regular running know from last 6 days and still their is pain while walking from tommorow i had started and taken ibuprofen at afternoon and night today morning i forget so pain again then at afternoon i taken know their is a relief help me please

I had little locked in little finger(Left) 7 days ago. After that this stiffness kind of thing increased from little finger in to ring fInger and now from 2 days i am feeling joint stiffness in right leg groin (Back also hip area ) and ankle and today this thing is extended toward right knee bone. Kindly help!! Guide me! I am really worried. :(

I have on both of my arms medial epicondyle showing and sticking out and it’s really big then i see on other or i can barely see it but mine is really shown and I’m wondering why i can literally grap it and it sticks out really bad

I have shown to multiple doctors and they are saying everything is normal and there is no tenderness. But now i want to get rid of pain. I am taking vitamin d from 4 months. My levels were 7.please help

I have patellar femoral tendinitis since 2may so I was bed ridden and I used to walk for bathroom and dining hall no pain during that time but today I was standing for 30min and then my inflammation got more and immediately I put leg on elevation and placed ice .it's seems it's not cured yet so I consulted 3 orthopedist till now no use . Should I go to rehumethologist or physiotherapist.and kindly help me to heal it as I have exam this month I have to travel and write those exams.

My sister under went surgery  on 30th May wednesday for bimalleolar fracture , currently she is in UK. She wants to travel to India .Please suggest if its risky for her to travel to India after 1week.
