Every morning after a long night of sleep my lower back really hurts until I finally get up

Upper back bulge. Irregular between shoulder blades........................

Experiencing pain in lower back. Just above waist. Pain is constantly present while sitting standing and even when laying. Pain is extreme when trying to bend or when standing up from sitting position. It's like all the pressure is put to that place when trying to get up. Feel more stiff and more pain after waking up in morning. I used to go to gym but it's been 10months I stopped and pain has started about 6~8 weeks and now it's affecting daily activities

Is it possible that even blood test(of any kind) cant tell about arthritis at early stage ? I am having pain and stiffness in joints

I have pain in my shoulders, I did some chest exercises for the first time in gym yesterday. Yesterday night and today morning I had mild pain in shoulder muscles, but tonight while sleeping it’s aching a lot. Unable to sleep at all, but can sit without hurting my shoulder. What might be the diagnosis for this problem? Thanks in advance

Though I have pain in my right knee doctor has diagnosed that there is no issue with knee. Pain is radiating from some other place. So he suggested to take lumbur spine and pelvis xray. I have attached xray.please have a look at it and let me know if there are any issues.

Hello, I am doing gym from last 2 years and and recently i am diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. My arthritis is at very low level and starting i only feel stiffness on knee , ankle ,fingers and back, No swelling and no much pain... So can I continue my gym...? And can i take whey protein also ?

My father is having pain in both the knee since 2 yrs.the problem is more in left knee. Dr suggested to do a MRI scan of left knee based on which he will decide further medication/surgery required. As doctor have suggested me for the orthoscopi of my right knee my report says 1) Bucket Handle tear of medial meniscus 2) chronic high grade tear of anterior cruciate ligament. I need a second opinion please suggest.
