I have been having hip pain after excessive walking for about a month

Why do I get so many cramps in feet and calf's is any medicine useful for it or eating habits . I have alcohol beer everyday is it due to it

It's one month post my ACL surgery, surgeon told me he has fixed the graft very tight & I will have to do physiotherapy to get my range of motion.My leg bends slowly taking 4 mins to reach 90 degrees, during this stretch exercise I can feel the graft getting stretched inside my knee, then my leg gets free. But when I keep my leg straight on the bed for 10 mins it gets stiff & takes 4 mins to bend. I am doing stretching exercises daily.When will my graft get flexible & stop getting stiff frequent

I was playing football 1 week ago ,bare foot and I got hit by the other player's football shoes (studs) I can walk but can't bend my foot when I pray as it pains a lot n I feel there's a helium.please help me I'm missing my prayers and Ramzan is also upcoming.thank you.

I have been having a neck and left sholder pain since 2 years and i had taken so many treatments but none was effective the pain now comes to my back left portion near the sholder and i feel a heavyness in my right hand so that i m unable to do my work till the heavyness reamains in my right hand. sometimes it reamins for 2 to 3 days..

My knees are painining so much even i cant go on stairs my age is 26 . What should i do plz suggest . Should i take calcium+ vitD tab daily ??
