I have traumatic fracture on my 2nd and 4th metatarsal mid shaft bone. It is non displaced and the doctors have put me in acrelic fibre walking cast. Its been 16 days since the fracture. When should i start putting weight on my leg.. I am using a walker to walk around and have started putting some weight when I walk. I want to use a single crutch but i am afraid to use it. Should i use it to walk around so early if i dont feel any pain? If not thn when should i start?

I am having a stabbing pain in my calf that is increasing in frequency and intensity.

I'm a 23 year old female and my left knee has been giving me trouble for the last week. It started while running and has only gotten worse. Walking, twisting, bending and straightening the knee hurts, a lot. I cannot put pressure on it and stairs are a nightmare. I've been icing it, applying a gel and keeping it wrapped and also doing strengthening exercises (these almost always help). However, I've noticed that if I put pressure on my right knee, that hurts too. It's very little in comparison though. I've started taking supplements too. Would you recommend an X-Ray before visiting a physician or to let them take the call?
