Around a month ago I got injury in my right ring finger while taking a catch from tennis ball, It was swollen and dark but after applying volini gel for few days the swollen became lesser than before but the pain is still there and the upper part of the finger is still swollen. It pains when touched so please advise what to do further to get rid of it.

I've had what feels like pain in my bones (ribs mostly but sometimes chest bone up to collarbone) for a few months. It does not always feel actively painful but when pressed it's tender and begins to ache). At its worst, I had severe pain in my ribs and chest (chest bone to collar bones). Now, it is not to that degree but when I breathe in deeply, I feel like I can feel the spots where it would usually hurt. The ribs are still tender to the touch (feels like certain spots) and extend to armpits
