Crackling sound produce and little pain while sitting and standing and while doing exercises plz give me a solution

I have the plantar fascitis problem since 8 monrhs .. i have changed shoe and insole but its not helping. Living in bangalore.now its increased.

8 months ago in a basketball tournament my ankle started hurting but I carried on playing for the 2 days later I saw my right foot was swollen (I didnt twist it at all) a bit of bruising barely noticeable and it hurt to walk, I went to the hospital and I didn’t break a bone they said I sprained it I rested for 3 weeks did a few strengthening exercises and then wore a brace for basketball after the 3 weeks for a few months and the odd times i was in pain but now I’m in pain when playing basketball and walking so I now had to put my brace back on and I don't know what to do even though I have taken paracetamols and tried icing my ankle but none of these have really helped

I have a pain in my rib on left side ..it's on the end of one rib .. dosent hurt when I breathe just when I touch it or move around alot at work ..been there for a few weeks

Hi, I had a fractured bone. I was consuming this "OXI-STRONG" by Oxicare Pharma, but it is not available in Medical Store. Can anyone suggest alternative medicine. And when should I go for follow up check. I got the casting on 6th May. Thanks.

I was sitting in a hammock with my girlfriend, her foot was on the inner side of my thigh. After a long period, I felt numbness in my leg. after a moment the numbness was reduced to only the frontal skin of my leg below the knee. And now, after three days, It is still numb.
