Bone & Muscle problems

Hey! I was a gymmer an year ago ! But i came to know that i have arthritis.. can I workout in gym like old days again ? Is it okay to do so ? And can i take whey protien in arthritis?

I have continuous pain in foot of my left leg which becomes more painful while walking and climbing stairs. This pain is from past two weeks and it comes and go suddenly. I couldn't understand the reason why this pain is there as i have not got hurt or any swelling.

I am always pain in my join arm...especially when i raise my hand.. painning in right side..no problem in left side..please suggest.. me some calcium or any others.. type of medicine... but i don want to consume..any powerful tablets.. any other home remedies.. please suggest

I had an accident on 17th january 2018. Fell from a bike. Pained a lot and after taking painkillers it was okay. Though I felt i have broken a bone. The collar bone is not in its place and now I just saw today that my scapula is also bulging a bit. The left arm cobtains everything. please suggest would I be able to feel the same before the accident. Please help me.

I had my right shoulder dislocation 13 years back , after that scan the report says tear in the muscle . However i took only tablets and no more pain. Will it create any more problems in future ??? Please advise
