Bone & Muscle problems
Coccycodynia & Sacroiliatis
It's been more than a month I am diagnosed with Coccycodynia & Sacroiliatis pain. Doctor asked me to take 3 weeks of bed rest and gave me some medicines and also asked me to sit on donut pillow. It's almost more than a month if I am on bed rest there is not much pain but if I sit or walk for more than 10 mins than pain starts. I have consulted 3 doctors but I am not getting a concrete result.
Not able to understand what more precautions should I need as I am working and on medical leave from 1 month.
Kindly suggest

Chondromalacia patella cure?
I was recently diagnosed with chondromalacia patella. I've been having slight pain in both my knees while climbing stairs for 2 years now and recently it got so painful that I can't climbs stairs at all.
I was put on medication and my doctors say no MRI is necessary as of now.
My only concern is will it ever go away completely so that I could get back to my activities like I used to? Is there a permanent non surgical cure?
