  4. Quadricep stretch. And used a knee cap!

Quadricep stretch
My quadriceps right leg was stretched and a severe pain persist today. What to do. I don't gone for any Dr. Caz of distance. Plz anybody advise me how to overcome it and also I had taken a diclofenac sodium tab and used a knee cap

Ice packs knee cap and tab chymorole forte plus TDS And rest means avoid heavy activities
