Back pain stretching leg thigh joint
I was suffering from gastric problem from 7 to 8 months. Meanwhile my health came down. Weight loss from 70 to 65 kg, waist size pants became loose Etc. After many treatments Finally diagnosed of h pylori infection in stomach with medication of metronidazole tetracycline pylocide 120 and esemprazole40 for 14 days. Now my gas problem is solved. But now i am facing other problems. When i wake up in morning my back feels heavy and some pain. My legs and thigh keeps stretching. I feel sound of kracking from my joints of leg shoulder knee ankle every where. I feel some weakness in body. Some times i feel heaviness near abdominal area.

Continue with your medications for GI problems. This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. -Any way it may be tried, --. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Keep no pillow under the head. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. -- .Do mild exercises for the affected part.- back & lower limbs. --.(Take help of physiotherapist or you can visit my you tube channel 'Dr NC Gupta' and  watch 'Yoga Simplified'  IT IS FREE. --Do not ignore, let it not become beginning of a major problem. --Do ask for a detailed treatment plan. You may suffer from vitamin Deficiency. Get blood tests done after visiting orthopaedic surgeon. With chronic stomach issue, vitamin  Deficiencies are common. Start on Vitamin D3 capsules and calcium for now.
