Pain at Joint of Thump figure of legs.

Sir I am facing the problem of pain and unable to walk for few days due to pain in feets thump finger joint for last few years back. It comes and go now and then. I m taking the medicine goutnil with inmecion when ever i suffer from this pain. it disappear but again it starts after some days. Kindly suggest the permanet solution for the same.
