Knee ligament problem
I had an accident 2 years back...in that i torn my right knee ligament completely and also had a grade 1 meniscus tear in posterior horns...i did not had surgery...becoz iam not having that much pain...but have slight issue with stability of right knee...i wanted to know will it be right decision to have surgery now...if yes then from where will be best...i want to return to running from jogging.
