Knee pain due to leg exercise
I am having pain on the upper side of my knee due to some leg exercise, I feel pain only while I try to sit or stand and on stairs, I don't feel pain while walking. Please suggest what should I do.

Your symptoms suggest you have patellofemoral pain. Do VMO and gluteal strengthening,patellar slides. Do gluteal,ITB,Hams,quads,calf stretches.Avoid sitting cross legged and squatting. Avoid descending stairs for a brief period.
