I am having swelling in hands and foots after 13 day post op of my acl reconstruction of my rt knee The swelling is minimum but at the same time itching also pls advice

Hi, ACL reconstruction surgery (Patellar tendon graft used) happened one month back.Still, I feel the pain at knee and it is more while sleeping. Is it normal? If yes, How long this pain exists? Also, once I had to put the leg suddenly down from the bed. Will it cause any reinjury? Any symptoms to know that? I am bit scared on this?

ORIF at lt. femur at distal point seven months back. Now I can't band my knee. My problem is knee stiffnee followed by ORIF,.. My local doctor advice quadriceps plasty and arthofibolysis along with good physical therapy. I have flaxitation and extension lack of my left knee. what should be my next best step or treatment for band my knee???

Around a month ago I got injury in my right ring finger while taking a catch from tennis ball, It was swollen and dark but after applying volini gel for few days the swollen became lesser than before but the pain is still there and the upper part of the finger is still swollen. It pains when touched so please advise what to do further to get rid of it.

Is it gud do any other activities like cycling other than physio exercise before surgery ? What are the things to do before an acl surgery ?

I work out jym everyday, bt accidentally weight slipped in my hand and, get a pain in hand wrist. And also feeling numpness in my fingers (thumb, and middle finger )
