Bone & Muscle problems

Hi, I bumped my knee in a table and since then it started paining at a certain point and then the pain grew upwards in my knee, causing swelling. So as a precaution i did cold compress and it affected positively and i had medicine for infamation and everythingg was fine bit after a week of stopping the medicine the pain suddenly started. I do not do any workouts but i do walk 20-30 mins a day . Then again i did cold compress and it was fine. But it again started paining now and its not going away as i am doing my usial routine.

I got small cut in leg from rusty iron(small blood came out ). So I took titnus injection after 6 days(I  have not taken any titnus shot in last 7 year ). Will it work ? Or am I safe ?If not then what should I do to be om safe side? Today's is 10th day ..I am having some pain in my hand and leg joint ..So is there any connection between titnus and pain. If not then what to do now ?Pls guide me

I caused a trauma to my lower back and hip while landing after a jump in volleyball game about two days ago. My forward bending motion is restricted. Pains to sit for more than 3-4 mins. Has improved over last two days but can't bend much to pick things. Please suggest if I should see a doc

On april 18,2018 i got hit with a softball on my shin it bruised a little bit but was very sore to walk/ run now there’s a little knot but i can’t even touch it without extreme pain.

I am suffering from backbone problem since one month. Please suggest me how can I over come with this problem.
