Bone & Muscle problems

I am a little overweight. My MRI this month revealed that I have degenerative meniscus tear in both knees. Also ACL is sprained in right knee due to skipping. I consulted a few orthopaedic surgeons locally who told me, it is not so serious. I can send the MRI report. Just want to know the extent of problem and remedial steps.

If there is avascular necrosis after a displaced talus fracture. Is joint replacement surgery operable. Is this procedure successful in such cases? Will a patient be able to walk normally ?

Hi Doctor, My sister got diagnosed with RA 2 weeks back. RA factor is 34. She has extreme pain in her knee and morning stiffness. Shes been prescribed hqtor, saaz and chelcal. But her pain and stiffness got so much that doc also prescribed her Medrol 16mg for 4 days. However, all other medications he said would go for 3 months. Do we need to change medication or do the medicines i mentioned above take 3 months? Also, can we go for ayurveda while on these medicines?
