Dear Madam, osteoporotic fractures are very notorious, and even can cause implant breakage, I would advise you to first know the cause and correct osteoporosis, Do not put weight on the injured limb, walk only when necessary, for toilet and essential things, get repeate x rays a monthly interval and see the status of union of the bone, full weight bearing should only be started once bone shows union. Thanks for query As it is osteoporotic fracture with operation done only 3 weeks it is not ok to bear weight now Only minimal walking for essential work like bathroom and toilet to be done
