Another view of hip (lateral) needed for right suggestion. Nonsurgical treatment can be done but results are not so good . Discuss pin traction with your local Orthopedic doctor.

It's very best if the fracture is fixed with PFN nail after physician fitness. Advantages are Early Mobilization of patient Pain will be reduced completely within few days compared to non surgical treatment. If opted for conservative treatment Patient might siffer from Bedsore DVT and other pulmonary complications So Surgical Treatment will be best
