Bone & Muscle problems

I had a joint relocation 4-5 years ago. Yesterday I hit a wall by mistake and now it's paining again at the same place (shoulder-collar bone)

I smashed my finger in a metal door pretty hard and every since I have had something moving around in my finger it feels like a small piece of a bone or somethings

Please help me to understand whether tibia got fractured or not if yes,  the intensity of fracture and the area of fracture. I have attached x-ray images

Is cervical pillow is a cure to this pain? Pain since 11th may. Pain worsens more Taking physiotherapy

Heel pain, may be due to spur in heels. Very painful, specially when trying to get up after prolonged sitting or standing

I was recently diagnosed with chondromalacia patella. I've been having slight pain in both my knees while climbing stairs for 2 years now and recently it got so painful that I can't climbs stairs at all. I was put on medication and my doctors say no MRI is necessary as of now. My only concern is will it ever go away completely so that I could get back to my activities like I used to? Is there a permanent non surgical cure?

When she walks.she feels a pain on her left knee when turn step up ahead.in history there is no joint or any bone problems.she is 29 and having a 1.5yrs baby girl.please suggest
