As you are very young, back pain at this age is not good. As you haven't mentioned the other details relating to your health, I suppose this could be because of wrong position, lifting stuff in improper manner, too much traveling on your bike, obesity etc etc

At this junction ur just 21 years may be r u going to GYM and doing weight if so wear a back belt while lifting weight or the bike ur riding may be the reason ha e some hot water fermentation or visit a nearby Physio
