Pain in leg joints and muscles below leg (Lower leg). After playing cricket or running. It intensify but not unbearable. And will be there for two days only and after that it becomes normal.

Sir I have lot of pain when try to movement my wrist and i didn't find any injuries , It pains in nurve i feel like that , i am facing this problem from last 15 days . And i tried lot of home care methods but it not work . When i will take pain killer i will feel good. The pain comes when i movement my wrist other wise try to lift the things.
