It's 5 months post ACL surgery. I can't climb stairs and get down of stairs. Quadriceps muscles are wasted and become very weak. I am doing physiotherapy for quadriceps muscles for 3 months still stairs are issues. Also when attempting to walk fast or while getting down leg suddenly hits /flips backwards and gets stiff, and I lose balance. Please guide

For the past 3 months,I’ve been having a stabbing pain in my back. It goes and comes for like 2/3 seconds.It started with the right side of my back but now it’s all over and sometimes on my shoulder. For the past two days,i have a constant pain on my lower right side like at my waist. Also twice/thrice in the past 2 weeks I’ve been getting this sudden pain in the middle of my chest and it stays for like 5 mins and then goes.I get brief pain on the left side of my chest when I take a deep breath.
