Bone & Muscle problems

Full back neck and shoulder pain , particularly lower back , neck , shoulder blade . Nausea , vertigo , problem in sitting and sleeping , reduced lordosis . Neck pain especially when bending backward .

Attaching a MRI L.S Spine for 26 Yr Old Male. Have a backpain since 45 days.. Myelitis/MS/demyelination What could be I looking at. I dont have numbness or anything in legs or hands.. just the back feels weak and hurts if i bend forward for sometimes. My doctor did a physical examination and other tests his preliminary findings were muscle weakness and a mild straightening of lumbar curve(I also suffer from Vit D3 deficience of which I have been put on a dose of).. Is my MRI normal or does it suggests other oncoming/possible irregularities ?

MPV is 13.7 in my test report and RDW is 16.8...................... Is that any problem?........ Can please suggest?...

Due to some circumstances after TKR surgery we are not able to go to the surgeon who performed the surgery. Is there any alternative available like we can do follow up with other surgeon? Or this is not advisable.

I had pain in my back last month and consulted doctor for that but according to him that was a normal pain and nothing serious. But after that I found swelling on the pain area.And then pain shifted to hips with swelling and then to knees with swelling and now in lower legs with swelling. Please help me to know what exactly it is and how I can treat this?

Hello Doctor, I'm suffering from the joints and muscles pain since last one month and it has got severe since last one week. I have back pain regularly,when I wake up I usually need a massage to get up from the bed. And even after a little walk my legs muscles, knees and ankle hurts the most. Now it has got worsen with my arms, forearms,thighs muscle pain. So please suggest what could be the problem. BR Sonu Goyal
