Bone & Muscle problems

I have a back pain that started about a week ago. It's in my back and side. When I bend on that side it tightens up and delivers a sharp pain. The only time it is not hurting is when I'm sitting up. I currently take Aleve for pain but the pain is not dissapating when the medicine wears down

How much is the cost for knee replacement? What are the best hospital in Bangalore to do that, is there any package system available for that? Does the corporate mediclaim policy covers this ??

I would describe my problem from beginning. I generally used to run 1km till 2015. I started to increase my run from feb'16. I used to run 5 km and 10 km till December'16. In the mean time,I suffered from shin splint. Initially I was not concerned but pain was increasing so physiotherist suggested me to take rest for 1 month.Then I took again 1 month and stared running. It was happened many time in 2017 but could not healed properly. After then in Mar'18, I started to take medicine from one orthopedician (specialist). He asked me to take rest 3 month and give some medicine for 3 month.After 3 months i started gym to strengthen my calf's.One day I run 5min on treadmill then I felt some vibration in shin splint then I left running and continued gym. When I increasd bit more calf's exercise then started soft pain in leg.Please suggest , whether I can run or not in my life. Somebody suggested me to take extra protein powder to heal and strengthen leg as I am vegetarian & started taking.

I have pain in both ankles since 6 months and i m taking ultracet since 2 months but i didn't get any relief in pain. Please help me out

My mother has low bone density(High risk of fracture)(Osteoporosis). We consulted 2 doctors and one suggested Forteo and other one Terifrac. Please let me know if there is any difference and also which one is better injection to be used. Also she has used terifrac for 6 months and I'd want to know if that is okay or should it be changed to Forteo?

My wife slipped n bathroom 2 days ago. Now she fill some back pain not severe but some thing is there. I am leaving in Roha where no orthopaedic is available. Shall I go to doctor or to wait for couple of days?

I am  22 years old .... I didnot remember if i had pushed my foot finger in suck a table or something else ... but there is unusual pain when stretching or moving it ...  from  8 month ago this pain is ... there is no swelling nor reddness nor blue color ... only if i move if in a stretching way  Thank you Thank u
