I twisted my ankle a 2 day back got ligament tear and doctor suggested a fibre cast for 3weeks but now I notice that the cast has loosened from yesterday quite a bit..is it normal to have a loosened cast and will it help the purpose

I am Ankit Agarwal, aged 26 years .In June 2014 I had met with a major bike accident due to which my left hand both bones broked & operation done & steel plate was inserted in my left hand.      Now I wanted to remove my steel plate.Also please refer some good doctors for steel plate removal in Kolkata location

Doctor it has been 1 month that I had plaster now doctor is saying it will take 4 month to be repaired what should I do to cure it fast

I have a rod in my left leg (tibia fracture) and I want to it removed as it causes pain in my leg sometimes. - How much time will it take to recover from the removal surgery? - What could be the post-surgery complications? - is it fine if I get rid of only the screws?

Hi Doctors Since past 8-9 months, I have been feel a lot of numbness in my palms and fingers. It is mainly significant in morning when I wake up. I don't feel better unless I do some stretching in palm or knock fingers. Initially I had problem of trigger finger in little fingers of both hands. That got better with time but then this numbness started. Have got arthritis test but it was negative. Later found that my vitamin D and B12 was very low, so doctor put me on injection doses followed by medicines. I started feeling better in early days but later problem seemed to be same again. So I stopped taking medicines, couldn't get back in touch with the doctor since he is in my hometown. I am not sure if vitamin deficiency is the actual reason or not. Sometime I even feel numbness during days. I have observed that if I leave my palms stagnant(say playing game on phone), I start feeling numbness. I have thyroid since 4 years and I am taking 37.5 mg eltroxin medicine (just FYI).

I have pain in my left knee from last one week . I'm using painkillers but it's not working .

I have my MRI report that has impression of bilateral paramedian protrusion at L4-5 intervertebral level intending exiting L5 nerve root on both side. What does it mean and how it is treated?
