I have this constant lower back pain since weeks now. I have been cycling and jogging to see it would help me to get rid of pain but it’s not. I also have left knee pain.. I will not be able to stand straight due to these pains after a long sit up in Sofa/chair

I am a 45 year old female, recently we shifted in a new house. Since then I have pain in my lower back and legs. I thought the pain may be due to all the heavy lifting done while shifting but it’s been over 10 days and the pain is still their. Can I have a herniated disc? What are the symptoms of herniated disc?

Hi, I had a tibial plateau surgery and have a Tibia plate fixation. Now I'm told that my ACL is torn and surgery is needed. Do I need to get my hardware removed for ACL surgery or I can get it done without hardware removal also? I'm worried, if I can get my ACL done without hardware removal, it will be better and time saving. Otherwise I need to undergo two surgeries at two different times.
