Hi, can i show an mri to get an explain or another opinion, i made an mri for my right knee , report says i have complex meniscopathy without amputation of the buckets handle. My knee was locked for 4 days. Its been 2 months and the dr told me it’s a tear and it needs surgery. Previous another dr told me its just an inflammation. Im confused know?

I'm 22 male and I'm running heavily since 30 days ( 4kms Morning and 4kms evening ). From the last 10 days I feel like I'm having SHIN SPLINTS. There is a heavy pain in calf muscle and bone. I've stopped running and started jogging and even applying ice pack. The pain has reduced slightly, but still there some pain.
