Hi I am 42 year of male, I have a marketing job and I need or go about places from here to there. I usually travel by bike. Since I had a problem of back pain I stopped travelling by bike for few days . Now since 1 month I am having thigh pain from back. what can be the causes of this?

My left side collar bone is projected way outwards than the right side. Also the whole posture seems that both the shoulders are asymmetrical such that the left shoulder is way upward projected as compared to the right side. So when looking from the back, posture looks like tilted towards the right side. Also because of which there always seems to be pain on the right back side when i have to stand for the long time. Please suggest if it can be cured from some surgery or exercise so as to fully make the posture symmetrical?? Also are there any side effects in the long term?? Thanks

Spinal tb in L1 and L2.taking dots anti tb sch 9 for two months and starting sch 10 next day.we are told to take it 4 more months.pls let me know whether this medications wipe out tb completely.
