Bone & Muscle problems

My left shoulder has restricted movement. I cannot take my left arm back and cannot lift the upper arm from shoulder. The range is very restricted and is extremely painful. What should I do. I got some sessions of physiotherapy done but did not get any relief. Please advise

Pain deep within my shoulder probably joint or nerve, pain starts at some specific movement of my left hand, tends to lose control sometimes, ocassional pain for many years but this time a little severe, sometimes cant point out the exact location of pain all throughout my left hand.

I am having pain in neck and left shoulder join since last 10 days. It remains high in the morning and graually decreases till evening.

My left elbow is facturd on last Saturday. We consult with a doctor about this but he says for a operation but I don't want to do any type of operation I just want to joint my elbow with a plaster. If this possible then tell me please help me.

I need to know which kind of doctor do I need to consult if I've Baker's/popliteal cyst. It's been there for years under my left knee but has started to cause discomfort now.

I am having acute pain in sternoclavicular join since Mid of July which results pain in my shoulder and restricts the thorough movement of my right arm. It creates a lot of discomfort. Had consulted 2 doctors till date and was on anti-inflammatory drugs but only 70-80% relief I have. Sometime the doctors are saying they will go for a steroid injection and sometime for injection biopsy which cannot be possible as per their radiologists. But the doctors are still forcing me for biopsy. Please guide how can I search/visit a doctor in bangalore.

My mother is having pain in her left hand ring finger. She consulted Doctor and as per doctor it was trigger finger. As per doctors advice She had undergone physiotherapy treatment (ultrasound and laser therapy)but there is no improvement. The pain is still the same. Kindly help and advice.

Knee is paining from almost 15 days , x ray done no clear conclusion. Medicine course done for almost 15 days but still paining.

I have continivous pain in the right flank resion associated with 2nd flotting ribs. When i sneeze or cough tbe pain increases. There is no lesson show me on skin nor any redness on local sites. No history of fever. My all blood counts are in normal range except cholesterol 245 and triglycerides 175, LDL 139.thats it. I am basically havhaving right side intercostal resion pain that will not relief even after taking painkillers.
