Bone & Muscle problems

I am 30yr old, I am having pain n swelling in my left hand/wrist uptil elbow since 2 months (pain is since months & swelling since 10 days), did x-ray and NCV test but nothing came up in that, today I got blood test done (on 4th of my periods of 5day cycle) for ESR n Rf factor. ESR value are high 20 (normal range 0 to 12 mm/hr) and RF factor is within normal range 8.5 (normal range 0 to 12.5 IU/ml). Please suggest if higher range of ESR value is a matter of concern? Also getting this test done during 4th day of periods (of 5 day period cycle) will impact my test results value? What can be possible cause of concern for the pain?

I was having pain in my left shoulder since a week. Consulted a MD Medicine. Dr advised for a cbc, esr examination. Got esr result as 75. I'm taking Zerodol MR, Lumia 60K, Nerv Up OD. I think my feet are also swollen now. Can feel the heaviness. Pain in shoulder and neck muscles too. Do, I need to take the steroids to reduce the esr value. Pls advise

I have pain in my knee, while playing football the player collided his knee with my knee at the side. It hurts badly. There is so swelling... But I feel some pull in the left knee.

Swelling of lymph nodes occurs all of a sudden and last for 2 days at max, it heals on its own, it pains a lot It makes daily activities difficult, also there is fewer along with this swelling under both arms, I had checked my heamogram when I started feeling pain in armpit, heamogram showed low platelets ( slightly above thrombocytopenia range ) and increased lymphocytes ( slight above the average range. Swelling occurs only under my armpits and not in neck and groin region. This is happening for around a year what might be reason for this and what should I do. I am afraid it is something very serious

My mom has consistent pain in legs and hands. We have got many tests done. It is not arthritis bcoz CRP is normal. It is not chikungunya pain bcoz ANA is normal. And it is also not nerve problem bcoz the nerve test is also normal. Blood tests (HEMOGRAM) are also not very variant. So is there any possibility of being it something other than bone/blood cancer?? I feel that it is bone cancer. But I am scared of telling my 50 years old mom and dad to take my mom for biopsy.

My sister(32 years) had fever due to urinary infection from 14th Aug to 16th Aug. It was associated with rashes all over the body. It has subsided and completely cured in week time. However she is suffering from joint and inner bone pains especially in hand, lower legs and feet. She has hard time in lifting small things like rice cooker, but with water etc. She don't have waist and back pain. We are not sure which specialist we should consult. I'm looking for mostly online consultation.
