Wanted to know about the report. My father has right hand pain and underwent MRI today. Attached the report

He got age related changes in Shoulder with degenerate cuff tear and bursitis. If you do of scan of normal people of his age more than 50 percent have same problem with out any pain. Treatment I would suggest is scapular and cuff exercises with physio. If pain not tolerated then subacromial steroid injection then physio. Opinion given by Dr Sivaraman B, Shoulder and Elbow consultant from Chennai

At this age conservative treatment in form of physio usually is good enough If not arthroscopy
