  4. Calcaneal spur. Any food diet will help?

Calcaneal spur
I have attached my x-ray of left n right legs. I am suffering from calcaneal spur. In April I had this problem. I took steroid injection. Now it feel like I have again suffering from this problem. Is there any permanent treatment not available?? Why this is so difficult to cure?? What are the treatment for this??.any food diet will help?? Please suggest. Thank you

It is plantar fasciitis. Heel spur not related to it. Do calf stretching exercises adequately- if not gone it is not adequate exercises
