Bone & Muscle problems

Today my dad fell down ...he has polio in his left leg and he have pain in right leg 1st and 2 nd toe fingers. he does not have pain but if he keeps his leg on floor it is not bearable. he had taken combiflam and applied dharasahi balm. but now when he had to go to washroom he was not able to walk properly and he is saying while walking he has a serve pain in his 1nd and 2nd toe fingers

I had 5th mt. fracture in toe and in pop cast since 3weeks. It has been suggested for a month. but its been 3 weeks and still feel the pain in the healing bone. every now and then i feel the plaster too tight. i am keeping elevated but no relief in pain. not sure if the bone is healing or not. cant be away from work more than this entire month of cast. any suggestions to relief and pain and follow

I am having lower back pain for the past 3 days which doesnt go for any tablet( dolonex,zerodol p) or ointments such as volini, tiger balm etc. The pain is constant. I even had dynapar aq injection yesterday. It didnt go even after that. I am already under treatment for neck and shoulder pain and undergoing traction for neck and lower back. The pain at the shoulder and neck is ok now but i got this never going back pain. Sometimes i feel like its gastric pain as i feel the pain increasing when i eat. Can anyone suggest some remedy
