I have been experiencing some pain in my right knee especially when I rotate my knee internally. It hurts when I keep my legs folded for long periods of time or when I kneel and sit on my heels. Please advise.

Suffering from joint pain at rt side of waist since a month... Just like a sprain or chatak or chatka. It was started with a mild fever and urination problem.
