Attached my x-ray for the injury. It has been 18 days today since the accident. I sometimes feel pain while lying down.
I am keeping my foot elevated. Working from home and use crutches to walk for essentials like washroom. I have not put any weight on my foot so far.
First question is if this is Jones Fracture?
And secondly by when should I start little weight bearing on my foot?

This is a comminuted 5th MT base fracture, not a classical Jones fracture.
Healing should take about 6 weeks.
You can bear weight in a walking cast or airboot, that should start not before 3 weeks.
Health Tips
Screw fixation can improve the union chances in these kind of fractures which are know for delayed union/non union due to strong pull of peroneus brevis muscle, the effect being more when one walks.
