Had medication for pancreatic infection,diabetic patient,had pain ,on way to the hospital got strapped by medical technician,doctor suspect a disc dislocation,is surgery required immediately or a time window is there

I have a bulging disc in my lower back, lumbosacral transitional vertebrae, and degeneration throughout my back. Pain and weakness down left leg. Excruitiaing pain constantly in which stretching, Chiropractic care, decompression, accupunncture and anti-inflammatories have done nothing for. I workout 5 days per week to keep extra stress off my joints. This has gone on for months with no relief. What are my treatment options? Is surgery a realistic option or too invasive?

I was at work sitting in my chair when I started to have this pain in my ankle and it started to grow into my calf up to my knee and thigh it’s been about 12 hours since the pain first started and I haven’t had any recent injuries or bumped my leg into anything.the pain hasn’t lessened and it’s sort of starting to feel like a burning sensation and it’s only in my right leg.

Intense pain on hip joint movement, no physical injury, pain in left leg as well. MRI report say Dextrosciolosis with straightening and osteophytes in lumbar region, also discussed about left side sacroillitis.

Hi doctor I have the lab finding of SERUM RHEUMATOID FACTOR-62 U/ml AND ANTI CCP-4.9 U/ml. I am confused whether I have RHEUMATOID arthritis but none of my family members have it . And my joint pain is also very mild. I am a 25 year old mother of a 4 month old baby and I feel like am getting this pain post C section only. Not sure how to proceed with the findings .
