I'm a female of age 22. I have a probelm with my lower back... Sometimes even a small bending causes severe pain... Once I went to a doctor, and he said, there is no gap between bones and the veins are getting tightened.. Now I'm not abled to do any heavy work , leads me to pain. I'm so curious about my future if it goes on like this. Is there any way to cure this??

I have elbow Hyperextension. Is it the reason why I am not gaining weight? Can elbow Hyperextension prevent you from gaining weight or affect muscle growth? I am skinny and I see most skinny people have elbow hyperextended. Is it the reason behind it?
