Bone & Muscle problems

My left feet got bent outwards 2 years ago (2year old picture attached) and pain went away in few days by applying ointments. During these two years it was not paining but today it's paining like the same after jumping from bed height. What should i do in this case? Should i get the x-ray or any other test done for my left feet and see the doctor for further medical treatment? Or i just apply the oitments and leave it again to recover itself? Please advice.

Hello Doctor, Recently I suffered from high uric acid of 7.4 that causes a high intensity pain in my right knee. After taking the medicine for about 10-12 days prescribed from a orthopedist, uric acid comes to be normal(4.5) and pain is also normal. But now even after 45 days, whenever I sit with folding legs for more than 15 mins, it starts causing pain in knees. I would like to know about the cause and what further medication is needed onto this. Please suggest. Thank you so much !!

Hello, I wanted to inform that I am suffering from low back pain so decided to get my MRI done and the report says - there is mild annular disc bulge in L3-4 and L4-5 indenting to thecal sac without nerve root compression. Secondly, transitional vertebra is seen labelled as L5 with rudimentary L5-S1 disc. Please advice the best solution and treatment for this serious low back pain issue. Also, is there any Ayurvedic or homeopathic medicine available for same? If yes, which one. Thanks.
