Bone & Muscle problems

I had ACL surgery for complete tear in 2014. Its going good till last month. But now I am not getting proper rhythm of walking. Slight pain when fully streched. Some noteable points are below: - no sudden impact happen on leg. - i can jump without any pain. - i started gym 2 months before. Please suggest.

Spinal cord & back bones hurts alot .. she cant even sit ot sleep properly .. she cant lift anything heavy .. she is unable to stand for long time fr some work.. and even cant sit / sleep in same position for long time.

I met with an accident. My Right clavicle fractured. 6 weeks completed. But in x Ray again a found two pieces of collar bones. Can you suggest me my situation.

I had Accident on 29th June 2018 and in x-ray report Fracture Proximal TIBIA WITH DISLOCATION. DR has opted non operation method and I had plaster till 22nd August 18. After removing plaster dr suggested exercise still not suggesting to walk on the right leg in which fracture occurred. How much time it will take to join duty/office.dr has written CPM and other exercises.

I have vitamin D deficiency and iron deficiency , what to do , my calcium is also low , what to eat or what not
