In x ray report diagnose is neck muscle spasm..last three months i am suffering do stretching exercise but middle of the day suddenly feel weakness,dizziness,neck pain,headache,also difficulty to breathing.what to do?

4th Metacarpal shaft fracture in 2010
Fracture Not healed properly. It again fractured in 2013. Both fractures caused out of street fight. At the point of fracture it protruded out like a bud. I was a boxing enthusiast due to this fracture I completely stopped my sport. Can this be corrected so that I can again restart my sport (boxing)?

Shoulder n arm
Right shoulder n arm pain.
Takes calcium tablets daily.
Under going severe pain from shoulder till the elbow.
Can lift and wave the hand freely but when try to hold things which is down or in height the pain cannot be controlled.
Please suggest.
