Hi I am 50 year old male. I am a very fit person and I do my exercises everyday. I also do swimming everyday. Recently since 15 days I m having knee joint pain, especially during swimming and walking. Kindly suggest what treatment should I start so that the pain is in control and further problem does not arise.
