I am 29 and diagnosed with AS. I am currently taking Mobiswift D (NSAIDs) which gives me relief from pain. My queries -
1. Why can't I keep taking NSAIDs regularly forever?
2. How to fight AS naturally?
3. If exercises, which specific exercise?
4. If NSAIDs affect my kidneys, what should I do to reduce its impact on my kidneys?
Many thanks. God bless you.
